Hi I’m Claire,
With more than 20 years of experience, I bring both professional expertise and intuitive understanding to every conversation offering both steadiness and insight. My work centres on helping others find direction and meaning, even in life’s most difficult chapters.
My own journey into this work continues to evolve, it’s a personal reflection of my lifelong curiosity to understanding the beautiful complexity of being human.
My life
Back in 2002, I bought a paperback book from a tiny pop-up store in Byron Bay, Australia which changed the trajectory of my life. The Road Less Travelled by M. Scott Peck opened my eyes to the possibility of a new authentic life, where I didn’t need to feel suffocated or never good enough. My journey involved permanent relocation to Australia from the UK, a decade of homesickness and many wonderful therapists before discovering I am good enough, just as I am.
And these two furry babies definitely think so!
